As spotted by a 9to5 reader earlier today, Apple has released its iOS 6.1 beta 4 to developers.  In other news, they’ve also seeded a new preview of Xcode 4.6 and a new beta of Apple TV for developers.   Lastly.. As stated earlier by Tim Cook, Customer response to iPhone 5 in China has been incredible, setting a new record with the best first weekend sales ever in China”   “China is a very important market for us and customers there cannot wait to get their hands on Apple products.   Sales officially started on December 14th, and Apple has also previously announced that it intend on making its goal of selling the iPhone 5 in over 100 countries before the end of the year....
