SEO vs PPC which is better?

SEO vs PPC which is better?

SEO vs PPC which is better?   I suppose a good place to start would be at..    ..distinguishing the differences between the two.   SEO: Traditionally known as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process of combining on-page optimization and off-page optimization (both of which require different tasks that need to be performed) to rank high in the search engines.   As an example, some “on-page” SEO would be, if I knew as someone who is an SEO specialist(which I happen to be) that using the term SEO (or any other keyword) 3 times was the ideal amount of times, then I would make an effort to use that keyword “SEO” at least 3 times, so that the “crawlers” (as they’re called,) realize that that keyword is being “mentioned” not just spoken of. Cumulative Mobile App Revenues To Exceed $30B By End Of 2012

Cumulative Mobile App Revenues To Exceed $30B By End Of 2012

That’s Nearly Double 2011 Figures. It’s true. By the end of this year, the cumulative revenues of the global mobile app market will have exceeded $30 BILLION, according to ABI Research. These figures include money generated from: paid apps in app purchases subscriptions in-app advertisements ..and the like. ABI’s research shows that this is nearly double the amount of money apps had generated by the end of last year, 2011. Senior analyst Aapo Markkanen went on to say in a statement, “Consumers’ high interest in apps has for a long time been obvious from download volumes, but it’s 2012 that will go down in history as the year when the economic side of the business finally took off,” ..and ”We’re no longer talking only about a short-term gold rush. Apps have become a major digital industry.”   While Apple certainly deserves some credit, ABI noted they were most impressed with how Google has transformed their own formerly Android Market, to now the nicer – Google Play.   “Google deserves a lot of...

Mobile Game Developers Guide for Holiday Surge | 5 CRITICAL Tips for your survival this Christmas   Having just returned from visiting my family for Thanksgiving, I can say without a doubt that as a Mobile Game Developer – you need to prepare. Prepare for what? TRAFFIC. And LOTS of IT. I’m going to give you an example that happened just within my family over this Thanksgiving. My brother just ordered a Nexus 10 (The new google tablet, very nice by the way) last sat, he got it the day before we left (Wednesday, the 21st) so from what he told me, and what I understood he mainly just spent time setting up the tablet to his liking, downloading some games here and there (which by the way, when I asked if he had played them he replied, “No, I just downloaded them” (angry birds – star wars was one) which is also really fun!) So any way. To sum up the last few days in a nutshell.. AFTER...

Augmented Reality Apps will generate $300 Million Next year

Augmented Reality Apps will generate $300 Million Next year According to the tech analyst firm Juniper Research, AR apps will generate close to $300 million in global revenue next year.   As a marketer there certainly is a lot of ideas that can be excuted when AR comes into the mix, but at the same time the same traditional advertising law principles still apply, and both federal and state regulators are keeping a watchful eye on AR’s potential impact on consumer privacy.   This means that if we want to really get the best out of this new medium in ways such as..   Using AR to transform home or online shopping by bringing to life static, two-dimensional images. Or.. Leveraging geolocational data to augment users’ real-world retail experiences with instant data on pricing, reviews or special discounts.. etc..   Just a few months ago in September the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) published a ‘marketing guide‘ for mobile app developers.  It states that the long standing truth-in-advertising standards apply in...
