Match.com “Singles with iPhones Went on Most First Dates in 2012” [INFOGRAPHIC]

I know, if you’re an Android user you may be surprised to here this.   But I assure you, this is not said without data to back it up.  With results from a survey of 5,000 American singles; Match.com found that those with iPhones had the most first dates last year (maybe this will be enough for you Android lovers out there to make the switch).

 

20% of respondents also had a first date from websites, VS 22% through a friend and 7% from meeting at a bar or club.  After the first date, 61% prefer to communicate over phone, compared to just 15% that want to meet again in person.  Additionally, near 50% of female respondents conduct online research before the first date.
