iMac Delay no-more. New Apple iMacs still on track for late November, and December

iMac Delay no-more. New Apple iMacs still on track for late November, and December

Earlier last week..

I wrote an Article about the possibility of the new apple iMacs possibly being delayed until next year due to welding and assembly issues.

Sources via 9to5 say that Apple has already begun shipping the new 21.5″ iMacs to distribution hubs across the United States and several other countries across the world.  The same sources expect the 21.5″ iMacs to be available to order online via Apple’s online store by the end of the month.

The 27-incher also appears to still be launching next month in December and there is  a large probability of both of them appearing on the Apple Online Store at the same time.

It should be noted that during Apple’s latest earnings call,  CEO Tim Cook went on to  say that:

“On the iMac we’ll be constrained for the full quarter in a significant way… there will be a short amount of time to manufacturer and ramp those and I expect demand to be robust… we will have a significant shortage.”

So, if you plan on getting one..

Make sure you’re ready for when they come out – as they’ll be in short supply.

Best,

Kevin
