Thanks to the folks at Citrix for compiling the data, we have a very insightful infographic to share with you. Some quick stats, if you’re in a rush:
First thing in the morning, from 8am onward most users check their finances, the weather, news, watch videos and even shop.
In the evening, 7pm onward usage tends to revolve around tend to be fitness, shopping – again – social media, dating and, ahem, adult.
- 48 % find it acceptable to use a mobile on the toilet
- 35% sleep with their mobile device (how promiscuous ;))
- 70% check their phone during a meal at least once a day
- 18% do so during a date
- 9% during an interview (Seriously).
