If you’re over the age of 10, then you might be thinking, “enough is enough..seriously, these angry birds are making me angry” If not, then you’re probably becoming ecstatic with the mere thought that something could be coming in less than 3 years.
Here’s the deal..
Rovio (the creators of Angry Birds) announced that it will be producing and financing a feature film about none other than the notorious Angry Birds. Rovio recently brought John Cohen (producer of Despicable Me) and David Maisel who was formerly the chairman of Marvel Studios where he was the executive producer for Iron man.
The anticipated arrival date for the film is in the summer of 2016 ( 3 years from now).
Additionally, Rovio has embarked on a mission to build hundreds of activity and theme parks around the world. Rovio claims to be following Marvel Studios’ example in producing and financing films outside the traditional studio system.
