App Annie Index – Top 52 Publishers of 2012
This ‘never-before-seen’ data is said to be the basis of the App Annie Index playing cards. For reference, last year App Annie launched the ‘App Annie All-Star’ collection trading cards, which provided stats on the top grossing 50 publishers of 2011 (based on worldwide iOS revenue).
Using the advanced market data from App Annie Intelligence, and new Google Play data App Annie has collected in 2012, they’ve taken things even further.
Based on total 2012 grossing revenue for iOS and Google Play worldwide, App Annie has presented us with the movers and shakers of the app publishing world, in the form of a premium collection of ‘App Annie Index branded playing cards’.
