MindNode makes your life easier.

MindNode makes your life easier.

It wasn’t too long ago when one of my colleagues at my main clients office suggested we start doing “mind mapping” after realizing what “mind mapping” was, I didn’t know there was an actual term for it. Yet alone, a software as good as MindNode that does exactly what you need it to. MindNode’s focus and flexibility makes it the perfect brainstorming tool. The clutter-free interface lets you concentrate on generating and connecting your ideas, and an infinitely expanding canvas means that no matter how big or complicated your thoughts get, MindNode can keep up. MindNode even automatically rearranges especially complicated mind maps to make them easier to read. Creating a new node in MindNode is as easy as dragging the node well (marked by a plus sign) next to the selected node, and moving or reconnecting a node is even easier—just drag and drop the node itself! You can even create a new mind map on the same canvas by creating a new main node with a single...

Flurry rolls out Crash and Acquisition

Flurry rolls out Crash and Acquisition

Today Flurry started rolling out their user acquisition and crash analytics services. Crash analytics lets developers get automatic alerts on new errors and common crashes. Allowing them to diagnose where these errors are originating from with full stack traces including symbolization. The user acquisition analytics helps app marketers determine their CPA (cost per acquisition) on different cost-per-click and cost-per-install advertising, and e-mail marketing campaigns. They can evaluate the users they get through these different channels based on how long they end up staying with an app, how often they engage with it or how much they spend on it. Both features are free and are part of the same analytics SDK that developers regularly use. The user acquisition is now available on both platforms, but crash analytics is in beta for Android and will come out for iOS later this month. In crash analytics, Flurry faces off against Crashlytics, which Twitter recently acquired. In user acquisition analytics, Apsalar’s ApScience looks at marketing campaigns to see how effective they are. Flurrys...
