Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving!
From those of us here at Mobile Minute (I guess really me) I wanted to personally wish you a Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. As I write this I can say that I feel very blessed to have everything that I do in my life whether it be my family, my friends, this computer to write to you with, or maybe something as simple as the ability to use my hands and my brain simultaneously to articulate my thoughts to you.
Before we head off into the shopping frenzy of Black Friday where you can stampede over strangers for the materialistic fulfillment some of us desire so very much. I think it’s important to remember that even though Thanksgiving is celebrated but once a year, that does not mean we only have to be thankful, and grateful once a year.
As a matter of fact, I make it a goal to express my gratitude and appreciation to everyone I encounter every-single-day in my daily life. And that includes you as well. I am sincerely thankful to have the privilege to write for each and every-one of you who have maybe even just stumbled upon this website, or perhaps have been here a few times to see what insights could be taken.
I thought today,
given the holiday we could do a little brainstorm of things that we’re thankful for..
I was going to originally include this list as part of a post I put on Facebook earlier today, but I felt it was better suited somewhere where people can read it again, and perhaps often in the future to refocus their inner selves and remember what really matters.
So let’s get started then.
I will start with my own thanks giving, and you can add yours in the comments..
I am thankful..
That you’re reading this
that we each have the ability and the choice to shape our own future
that neither of us are stuck in traffic right now trying to get ‘rock bottom deals’
we each have the desire to learn how to better our lives
both of us are striving towards a better future for ourselves and our family’s
electricity
running water
indoor plumbing
water heaters
heaters
and the list could really go on..
How about you, what are YOU thankful for?
Look forward to hearing your response,
Kevin
