While the financial terms of the acquisition have yet to be disclosed, Mobspire in an entirely self-funded startup which was recently acquired by Aarki (who raised a Series A round led by Walden Venture Capital last year). Strategy Analytics released a report today showing a 38% year-over-year growth rate which put shipments a 217 million in Q4 of 2012.
