Tapjoy continues to lead the way in device threshold

Even with Tapjoy’s former CEO Mihir Shah resigning last week or so,  Tapjoy has announced that its network has ‘crossed the 1 billion device threshold’.  They’ve also added more than 500 million devices in these last 8 months alone.   Also, despite major controversy, with many parties criticizing Tapjoy’s network – (for incentivizing consumers to download other apps within its network with rewards such as virtual currency – for manipulating app rankings).   New CEO Steve Wadsworth had this to say,   “This achievement is just the beginning for Tapjoy. Majority of game revenue comes from higher price points

An interesting chart today by W3i has revealed that 47 percent of total revenue comes from transactions costing $9.99 – $19.99. Evidently games in the $0.99-$1.99 price range only account for 6% of the total game revenue.   This research is based on data from hundreds of W3i’s partners, which account for 66 million monthly active users across iOS and Android. LEAKED iPhone 5S Images

Could this be part of the new iPhone 5S? Ok, well maybe they’re not the photo’s you’re looking for, but thy are photos nonetheless.  The folks over at electronista were the first to encounter the photos today.   The only real depictable differences from the images are the repositioned screw holes for the logic board.  If the image is in fact that of a new part, (not a discarded prototype) then it’s likely that the iPhone 5s will be less different than the iPhone 4s was to the iPhone 4.
