Despite the growth of mobile devices, 52% of consumers say mobile sites disappoint, in that they weren’t optimized for mobile, obviously making it difficult to interact with any such brand. Interestingly, Women were found to be more satisfied with their mobile experience saying that 54% of the sites they accessed were optimized, vs 42% for men. 38% of women did however that that bad optimization (mobile) was their #1 issue.
