60% of Mobile Users Consider Their Device Indispensible When Traveling
When traveling, your smartphone could seem like the most important thing in existence. Even more so than money, keys, or food. This dependency consumers have created has resulted in some interesting statistics put together for us by Buzz City. Mainly, when leaving the house, and on the go – people’s phone are of the highest priority. Close to 65% say they use their device to check email both before and during travel. 69% use their device to listen to music, watch videos, read emails, and engage with social media every-day during commuting. Another 39% were found to consider their mobile as more important than money, 29% value their device above their keys and 16% claim they would prioritize their device over food.
